The GYROKINESIS® exercise is performed sitting on stools, lying on the floor and standing without any equipment and is the core of the founder Juliu Horvath’s methodology.
The GYROKINESIS® method is a movement method that gently works the entire body, opening energy pathways and stimulating the nervous system. It furthermore increases the range of motion creating functional strength through rhythmic, undulating and flowing movement sequences.
